How do I book an event?

To book an event, fill out the consultation form on the home page and select a preferred date for your consultation. A team member will follow up to discuss your needs and finalize the details.

Do you provide setup and breakdown services?

Yes, we provide setup and breakdown services for your events. Delivery and set up fees will apply.

Is there a delivery fee for rentals?

Yes, there is a delivery fee for rentals. The delivery and set up fee is based on the distance from our location to your event.

Can I customize my event decor or party kits?

Yes, you can customize your event decor and party kits to match your vision. We offer personalized party favors and custom decorations and tableware that enhance your theme. Additionally, make sure to select a theme and any desired add-ons to create a cohesive look for your event.

How do I ensure my photos are suitable for custom items?

Please ensure that the images provided are high-resolution and free from any distractions and no visible imperfections.

Is there a design fee for events and custom items?

Yes. All events and custom orders require a design fee.

How far in advance should I book my event?

For most events, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to ensure availability and allow for thorough planning and customization. For weddings, it’s best to secure your date as early as possible—ideally 12 months in advance—so you can take advantage of our full range of services and tailored options.

Are digital downloads refundable?

No.

How do I download digital materials?

Your digital downloads will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the download links after your purchase!

Do you provide services outside of Alabama?

Yes. A travel fee will be applied for services outside of Alabama.

What is your cancelation policy?

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you have paid at least 75% of your total balance, you may rebook your event within the next 365 days for the same or greater value, regardless of the theme or type of event. A small rebooking fee will apply, and any adjusted amount will be added to your new booking.
